Consumer Engagement Committee

The purpose of the Consumer Engagement Committee is to bring together consumers and representatives of the Governing Body to discuss and support the quality assurance and care governance framework for the operations of the organisation

Queen Victoria Care will provide an opportunity for residents and clients to review, discuss systems and processes by which Queen Victoria Care leads and operationalises its activities. It also allows Queen Victoria Care to meet its purpose of partnering with people to live their best life, enhancing quality of care and life, also promoting a culture of safe, inclusive, and quality care services in the organisation.
